Anteros Announce Debut Album Release Set For 2019

Indie Pop band Anteros have announced that their debut album ‘When We Land’ will be released on March 1st next year. The album will follow two EP’s and a host of dreamy singles from the London-based quartet and will feature teaser singles ‘Ordinary Girl’ and ‘Call Your Mother’, both of which were released earlier this year.

In an interview with DIY Magazine the band stated that the album is about life lessons and that a lot of it was recorded live. ‘When We Land’ was recorded with Charlie Andrew who has previously worked with the likes of Marika Hackman, Alt-J and Bloc Party and it will be released via Distiller Records.

Having recently rounded up a headline UK tour, hopefully the band will announce some more live dates and festival appearances for the spring and summer of 2019 to coincide with the release as their live show is always bursting with energy and sass and would be the perfect occasion to showcase some of their undoubtedly marvelous new songs.

A band after our own hearts they feature a lyrics page on their website (https://www.anterosofficial.com/lyrics) and I personally cannot wait to see what wonders they offer up next.

The tracklist for the album is as follows:

  • Call Your Mother

  • Ring Ring

  • Honey (unreleased)

  • Afterglow (unreleased)

  • Drive On (unreleased)

  • Breakfast

  • Ordinary Girl

  • Wrong Side (unreleased)

  • Let It Out (unreleased)

  • Fool Moon (unreleased)

  • Anteros
